Cybersecurity Analyst

Cybersecurity Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and responding security alerts, incidents, and threats to ensure effective security.
Job Descriptions
- Monitor and analyze security alerts and events from various sources, including network devices, operating systems, and applications
- Investigate security alerts and respond to incident in a timely manner to meet SLA standards, alerting the customer as necessary
- Analyze security events and assess their impact on organization’s infrastructure
- Maintain security tools such as SIEM, EDR, and intrusion detection/prevention systems
- Conduct detailed threat analysis and handle all type of cyberattacks
- Collaborate with other engineer teams to ensure effective security strategy
- Create report on security incidents, vulnerabilities, and recommended solutions
Qualification
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related fields
- Fresh graduates, experienced in cyber security is plus
- Familiar with security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewall system, EDR, Threat Intelligence, and SOAR
- Eager to learn and enthusiastic about growing in the cybersecurity field
- Basic knowledge of Operating System, Server, Application, and Network
- Basic knowledge of ATP, Network Security, Data Security, Infrastructure Security, System Security, and Application Security
- Strong analytical and fearless approach to problem-solving
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficient in English
- Relevant certifications are a plus (e.g., CEH, CHFI, CSA, CompTIA Security+, etc)
- Willing to relocate to Surabaya and work in shifts
