IoT Engineer

IoT Engineer will be responsible for researching, designing, and developing IoT hardware and firmware.
Job Descriptions
- Conduct research on IoT components, sensors, microcontrollers, and firmware
- Design, create, and test circuits for schematic and PCB layouts
- Develop hardware and firmware designed for IoT systems
- Test and simulate hardware and firmware components, evaluating power, risk, and sensor functionality
- Regularly update and enhance firmware features to meet project requirements.
- Manage and monitor the stock of IoT components to ensure availability for ongoing and future projects
- Collaborate with related teams to ensure smooth integration and functionality of IoT solutions.
Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields
- Experience in IoT engineering or similar role
- Familiarity with IoT programming languages (e.g., Arduino, C, C++)
- Familiarity with sensor communication using I2C, SPI, and RS485 protocols
- Experience setting up device-to-cloud communication using MQTT, BLE, ZigBee, and LoRaWAN protocols
- Experience working with microcontrollers and circuit design tools like EasyEDA
- Willing to WFO in Surabaya
