Talent Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing HR operations to ensure seamless business support and a positive work environment.
Job Descriptions
- Ensure smooth operations of HR administrative tasks
- Oversee recruitment and selection processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Implement and manage the performance management system
- Monitor the training programs to enhance employee competencies
- Supervise the team in implementing internal activities and employer branding that foster a positive work environment
- Collaborate with all internal department to support seamless business operations
- Coordinate and keep updated with the government to maintain compliance with employment regulations
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in management, psychology, law or related fields
- 2+ years of experience as supervisor or similar position
- Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage and lead the team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Strong understanding of BPJS, employment law, and the other HR-related policies
- Proactive and responsible with a strong sense of confidentiality and integrity
- Well-versed in english communication both verbal and written
- Willing to be placed in Surabaya (hybrid working set-up)
