Accounting Staff

Accounting Staff will be responsible for ensuring that all financial records are properly maintained, organized and easily accessible for audit purposes.
Job Descriptions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records through journal entries
- Prepare and present accurate financial statements that reflect the company's financial position
- Conduct regular reconciliation of bank accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records and to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Manage the payment process by verifying invoices, processing payment requests, and ensuring timely payment of bills and expenses
Qualification
- Bachelor degree in Accounting or related fields
- At least a year of experience as Accounting Staff
- Understand Standard Akuntansi Keuangan (SAK)
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and processes
- Outstanding analytical and detail-oriented
- Good communication and time management skills
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software
- Willing to WFO in Surabaya
