Employee Engagement and Culture Staff will be responsible for driving corporate culture by instilling the company’s mission and vision and corporate values through communication and engagement among the employees.
Job Descriptions
  • Design and drive delivery of engagement events and activities within the company
  • Create materials and manage internal communication channels for employee engagement and information sharing
  • Organize, implement, and coordinate employee surveys, engagement programs and take initiatives to ensure a positive and exciting environment in the company
  • Develop and execute employer branding strategies
  • Learn and research on employee engagement and culture initiatives trends
Qualification
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Experience in employee engagement, event planning, or similar roles
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
  • Familiarity with employer branding strategies and best practices
  • Agile, proactive, and high initiative individual
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
  • Willing to relocate to Surabaya (hybrid working set-up)
