IT System Monitoring

IT System Monitoring team will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance of IT systems by monitoring, analyzing, and escalating issues, performing routine maintenance, and accurately documenting all activities.
Job Descriptions
- Monitor IT systems, servers, and networks to ensure optimal performance
- Identify, analyze, report, and escalate issues promptly according to established protocols
- Perform routine checks and maintenance tasks to ensure system health
- Document and log all activities, incidents, and resolutions accurately
- Collaborate with the IT support team to resolve issues and improve monitoring processes
Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in computer, information technology, or related fields
- 1-2 years of experience in IT system administration, fresh graduates are welcome
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills
- High level of discipline and the ability to perform repetitive tasks diligently
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and systems
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Willing to work in a shift-based schedule
- Willing to WFO in Surabaya
