Marketing Analyst

The Marketing Analyst will be responsible to explore and evaluate the marketing and sales funnels, customer intent, and cost and revenue-related metrics.
Job Descriptions
  • Supporting Wowrack's brand awareness and lead generation effort by setting up, collecting, analyzing, reporting, and visualizing analytical insights to ease data-driven decision-making
  • Providing valuable insights on sales volume, market trends, and competitive research, and using Predictive Data Analytics to forecast the company's sales trends in the near future
  • Devise and evaluate methods for collecting data and remain fully informed on the market trend, other party research, and implement best practices
  • Work closely with the marketing, product, sales, and support teams to analyze and identify growth opportunities
  • 3+ years of proven experience in data collection, analysis, and visualization
  • Able to collect, analyze, and visualize all marketing data, including but not limited to social media, ad platforms, web analytics platforms, search engine analytics, and offline/traditional marketing efforts
  • Able to connect and translate the data between the top, mid, and low funnel (including data in CRM and cost & revenue-related metrics) of all marketing channels to ease our data-driven decision-making
  • Proficient in using various data connectors tools to build analytical dashboards in Business Intelligence tools such as Looker Studio (formerly Google Data Studio)
  • Comfortable with writing, speaking, and presenting in English
  • Capability to work in a fast-paced environment with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficient project management skills
  • Experience in B2B businesses is a plus
  • Willing to relocate to Surabaya
