Data Center Technician

Data Center Technician will be responsible for resolving any issue related with hardware in Data Center.
Job Descriptions
- Monitoring the day-to-day performance of servers
- Maintaining an optimally controlled environment for servers
- Troubleshooting network and server problems
- Collaborate with Inventory Team to provide report of hardware assets in and out
- Ensuring data security and integrity by implementing security policies
Qualification
- Minimum SMK in Informatics / Computer Science / Electrical / related fields
- Experienced in network issues troubleshooting
- Knowledge of monitors, switches, routers, and other technical equipment
- Good analysis, critical thinking, and multitasking skills
- Experienced in providing solutions for any issues with operating system is a plus
- Willing to work in shift
- Willing to be placed in Surabaya
